Play Place Rules and Safety Guidelines
Olivia’s Play Place is an indoor playground designed exclusively for children ages 1–5. All equipment and toys are made specifically for this age group. Our goal is to create a safe and enjoyable environment for every child, and these rules are in place to help prevent injuries and keep playtime fun for everyone.
Adult Supervision Required
For your child’s safety, an adult must remain with their child at all times and stay within five feet while in the play area. Olivia’s Play Place is not a daycare facility. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Supervision Responsibility
Children are only supervised by staff during scheduled Date Night Drop Off events. Outside of these events, parents who leave children unattended will be asked to leave with their child. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to supervise children.
Age Restrictions
Olivia’s Play Place is for children ages 1 through 5 only. For safety reasons, older children are not allowed to use the play equipment.
Socks and Shoes Policy
Socks are required for all children and adults in the play area. Shoes must be removed and stored in the cubbies provided at the entrance. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
Play Safety Guidelines
Improper use of equipment is not permitted. Pushing, running, or shoving is strictly prohibited. No sharp objects, food, or drinks are allowed inside the play area to help maintain a safe environment.
Right to Refuse Service
Olivia’s Play Place reserves the right to ask anyone to leave or to ban individuals who do not follow the rules or who pose a safety concern to others.
